Our Change Delivery roles are all about getting to the heart of a problem and creating solutions that make a difference for our customers and thousands of colleagues.
You don’t need to have studied any tech related subjects – what matters most is your curiosity and passion for change. With your strengths and enthusiasm, we can teach you the rest. You’ll have a structured training programme and a strong support network to help you develop.
You’ll have a permanent role from day one. During your first c18-22months (depending on your studies) you’ll spend 80% of your time gaining hands-on experience and 20% studying for your apprenticeship qualifications.

Business Analyst (Norwich or York)
If you’re good at analysing and breaking down complex concepts and making it simple for people, this could be where you’d like to be. Our Business Analysts help us understand what our customers really need – and what’s required to deliver the practical solutions to meet them.
You’ll analyse and evaluate business opportunities (including the supporting data) and identify areas for improvement. You’ll use effective questioning, challenge assumptions, and explore alternative perspectives. It’s all about solving customer problems and maximising opportunities – whether it’s navigating ambiguity, resolving blockers, or shaping smarter ways of doing things.
And through it all, you’ll be championing tech – using it to improve how we do things for our millions customers and thousands of colleagues.
As well as your Level 4 Business Analysis Apprenticeship qualification (equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree or Higher National Certificate (HNC)), you’ll also get a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis upon successful completion.
Project Manager (Norwich)
If you’re a natural organiser, love to take the lead, and enjoy bringing people together to get stuff done, this could be your kind of role. Our Project Managers are brilliant at planning, but they’re also flexible enough to roll with the changes.
You’ll be making things simple, removing blockages and paving the way for successful delivery – inspiring and helping teams deliver great outcomes for our customers, efficiently and effectively. You’ll be comfortable speaking up whether it’s with Aviva teams, or our third-party suppliers and strategic partners, continually looking at ways to improve how we deliver change and making sure everyone’s heard and held accountable.
With strong people and planning skills, a passion for delivering great customer service, as well as a sharp eye for spotting and managing risks and vulnerabilities, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget and gets done in the right way, at the right time.
As well as gaining your Level 4 Project Manager Apprenticeship qualification (equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree or Higher National Certificate (HNC)), we’ll also support you to achieve
- the Association of Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and
- the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
