Whatever you go for, we’re confident you’ve got what it takes to help us create real change and help millions of people feel good about taking control of their financial future.
You might be drawn to a pathway that links to your degree, but honestly that’s not a must. You don’t need a finance or a STEM related degree to thrive here – unless you’re on the Actuarial or Data pathways. In fact, we love hearing from grads with all kinds of degrees and experiences. Different perspectives help us see things more clearly – and that’s exactly what we’re looking for.
This isn’t just number crunching – it’s thinking beyond the numbers. You’ll be solving problems and shaping strategy as we prepare you to have a real say in the business decisions we make going forward.

Whichever apprentice or graduate pathway you choose, you’ll complete our central Early Careers Development Programme during the first two years.
It’s designed to enhance your on-the-job learning and any qualifications you’re working towards. You’ll be immersed in our culture, grow the skills you need to smash it in your role – and may become one of our future business leaders.
You’ll start with a three-day, in-person induction. You’ll learn about our business, start building your network and get prepped for your new role.
From there, you’ll join quarterly development sessions – some virtual and some face-to-face -to develop your personal skills and build your commercial know-how.
You’ll have a dedicated mentor and buddy from day one. Not to mention the support of our specialist Early Careers Development Team and the rest of our Early Careers community.
Access loads of learning resources anytime through our online platform to build your skills.
Bringing you together with the other apprentices and graduates in your cohort, our programme will help you feel a part of the business and set you up for an exciting career you can be proud of.
We wrap things up with a big celebration – think hackathons, presentations, and a chance to reflect on your journey and what’s next.

You may need to be flexible about where you work and, willing to relocate if you don’t live nearby.
Wherever you are, it’s likely you’ll balance time in the office with working from home. We call this Smart Working – usually three days in the office and two days from home. Your team might do it a bit differently but don’t worry, your leader will chat it through with you, and agree what works best for you, your team and the business.
